Cheryl is an Air Force veteran, retired from active duty after a 33-year Air Force journey. She enlisted in law enforcement before transitioning to the Uniformed Services University for medical school. She is fortunate to have served as a family physician, flight surgeon, and finally the Deputy Director of Healthcare Operations for the Air Force Surgeon General. She is residency trained in Family Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Medicine. She is a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology.

Brian started his medical career in the U.S. Air Force, attending the Uniformed Services University school of Medicine. There he received the outstanding medical student in psychiatry award. After graduation, he was invited to apply for a residency in psychiatry in the U.S. Air Force, but he decided to work at the point of trauma in deployed settings as a flight surgeon. He is a 28-year Veteran with civilian experience in VA healthcare and the FAA. He is residency trained in Family Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Medicine. He is a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology.
